Streamyx 索偿行动

DAPSY Sibu is urging those TM Streamxy users or subscriber who frequently unable to access internet should seek compensation from Telekom Malaysia.
We will try to assist in whatever we can for those who wanted to seek compensation from Telekom Malaysia.
The form compensation that we believe that is reasonable and fair to all TM Streamxy subscribers is that TM should at least give 3 months rebate or alternatively 3 month fee waiver. Those streamxy subscribers who have followings problem in within last 3 months, there are
(a) Unstabil streamxy lines which keep on disconnected all the times when accessing internet.
(b) Very slow speed that is has to wait very long to get access into a particular website.
(c) Unable to access internet for many days continually.

For those TM subscribers who has above-mentioned problem, kindly SMS to no.013-8181359 by typing: DAP <> <>.Example: DAP DAP2010 Jalan Pedada. On or before 30.3.2010. We urged all the TM Streamxy subscribers to be united and stand up for their rights as consumers.

我们将要求该公司免除或回扣三个月的使用费。
若您在最近三个月内,使用TM Streamyx 固网宽频服务时面对一下问题:
1,该项服务时常突然出现连结中断的问题,用户必须重新连结方能使用。
2,该项服务时常出现严重的网路延滞问题,连结网站需要花费很长的时间。
3,该项服务经常出现完全无法连接的情况,甚至好几天都无法连接互联网(INTERNET)。
请将您的资料於3月30日之前以 sms 的方式发送给行动党社青团,以方便索偿行动的进行。
